The purpose of governance is to provide confident, strategic leadership and to create robust accountability, oversight and assurance for educational and financial performance.   Members provide an oversight role, assessing whether the Academy Trust Board is performing well and meeting its objectives.  Members are:

We have one vacancy on our Academy Trust Board, and are seeking enthusiastic and committed members of the public to support and drive our vision. You will ideally have a marketing background, and be passionate about improving opportunities for young people, contribute ideas and utilise your expertise, whilst embracing the challenges of governance.  Further details here or contact Sue Hathway, Clerk to Trustees



The Trust Board is comprised of Trustees representing Parents, Staff and the Community. The Academy Trust Board meets four times a year with much of its work being done through its two main Committees:

  • Teaching & Learning Committee
  • Resources & Finance Committee
