Winterwatch stardom

Congratulations to George Rabin (10WAL) and Ed Thurlow (10WST), whose award-winning investigation into the colour preferences of garden birds was celebrated on the BBC2 show "Winterwatch" last night. Chris Packham was really impressed by the boys' work and demonstrated their theory about the visual spectrum of birds' eyesight.
