Year 9 Options

This information is correct as of January 2024 and reflects how the options process was set out for students who are now in Year 10. The option process for current Year 9 students will be updated ahead of the options process starting in January 2025. 

Year 9 Options Process 2023/24

Our Year 9 Options process runs from January to March. The options structure is below, followed by links to all the documents related to the process. 

Students need to select 4 options in total - 2 in the blue box (Core Curriculum: Optional Subjects) and 2 in the purple box (Personalised Curriculum).  Where subjects appear in both boxes, students only need to select them once - this can be in either category.
