Athletics Star George Wins Gold in National Sports Hall Athletics Competition

George delivered an outstanding performance at the National Sports Hall Athletics competition on 11th April in Stoke-on-Trent, representing the Academy as part of the Avon team.

He claimed gold in the shot put with an impressive throw of 13.80 metres, a result that ranked him 1st in the UK for Sports Hall Athletics. George also played a key role in the U13 boys 4-lap relay team, helping secure a bronze medal.

His contributions were instrumental in the Avon U13 boys finishing as overall winners in their age group, earning the top national ranking and marking a highly successful competition for both George and his team.
