Everyone’s Invited: Thursday 10th October - 7pm - 8pm
With the recent rise in online misogyny, Everyone’s Invited is hosting an online parents talk on Thursday 10th October from 7 pm to 8 pm. This will be held on Zoom to make it accessible for people to attend from home.
The aim is to inform and educate parents about what their children may be exposed to online, at parties and in school throughout their everyday lives. It will cover gendered pressures, online misogyny, the increase in violence and how to engage with your child on sensitive topics.

This talk comes just over a week before Everyone’s Invited comes in to speak to our students in Years 8 to 12 and will give parents insight into some of the topics that will be discussed in the student sessions.
We hope that it gives you a more informative understanding of the topic and helps you to feel more confident in having these conversations at home.
