Year 7 & 8 students take the Junior Maths Challenge by storm!

In April, 98 students in Years 7 and 8 took part in the Junior Maths Challenge - a national competition full of challenging problem solving questions.
The questions pushed the knowledge and mathematical skills of our students and we’re proud to say that 25 students achieved a Bronze Certificate and 22 received a Silver Certificate. We also had 8 students achieve exceptionally high scores, which awarded them a Gold Certificate.
Congratulations to Megan Bean, Dennis Darwin, Matt Kirwan, Ellis Neilson-Pritchard, Lucia Reid, Dan Tinker, Emily Watson and Toby Young for reaching the gold stage and well done to all the students who took part in the Challenge!
