Student Leadership Conference Inspires Year 10

At the end of Term 3, a group of Year 10 students attended the Student Leadership Conference at Backwell School alongside peers from the LSP. The keynote speaker, North Somerset’s MP Sadik Al Hassan, delivered an inspiring talk on the importance of leadership and its impact within the community.

Throughout the day, students took part in a teamwork challenge and presented their ideas on student leadership at the Academy. The conference provided an opportunity for students to reflect on their personal strengths and consider how they can contribute positively to school life.
