Leo is the Junior National Welsh Swim Champion

Leo delivered an impressive performance at his recent swimming competition, enjoying a series of strong races in the pool. He returned home with an outstanding medal haul of one gold, one silver, and two bronze medals!

The standout moment came in the 50m freestyle, where Leo achieved a personal best time of 24.92 seconds, breaking the 25-second barrier for the first time. This remarkable swim earned him the title of Junior National Welsh Champion and an impressive 4th place ranking across Britain.

Building on this success, Leo has been selected for the British Next Generation National List for the summer, based on his performances in both the 50m and 100m freestyle events. Final confirmation of his place is expected on May 4th, as he looks to take the next step in his swimming career.
