Year 10 Perfect Their Profiteroles

Year 10 students have been busy this week as they completed their practical assessments, focusing on creating the perfect profiteroles.

Demonstrating impressive skill and attention to detail, students worked hard to master each stage of the process from piping and baking the choux pastry to filling and finishing their delicious creations.

Well done to Year 10 for their dedication and fantastic effort in the kitchen!
