Year 8 & 9 Students are Crowned Rugby Champions

Aoife, Liv, Frankie, Millie, Hattie, and Molly, who all represent Winscombe Girls Under-14 rugby team, played a key role in their squad’s success on Sunday 26th April. Competing in the final of the Gloucestershire RFU U14s Female Rugby Championship, the team delivered an outstanding performance to claim the title.

Facing strong opposition, the Winscombe side demonstrated determination, resilience, and impressive skill throughout, ultimately emerging as deserved champions. Their success highlights the growing strength of girls’ rugby and serves as an inspiration to other young athletes.
