Student Success: Doug Earns Prestigious Platinum Apprenticeship Ticket

We are thrilled to share fantastic news regarding student Doug. Following his outstanding performance during a “The Futures” summer work experience programme, Doug has been selected as one of only two participants across all partner schools to receive a Platinum Apprenticeship Ticket from Edwards Vacuum - a division of the global Sweden based Atlas Copco Group, a leader in sustainability and innovation within the semiconductor industry

This prestigious Platinum Ticket gives Doug the opportunity to fast-track any  future application for Edwards Vacuum’s Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering. By receiving this recognition, Doug bypasses the initial recruitment phase, which typically sees nearly 1,000 applicants, and advances directly to the final assessment stage.
