Senior Maths Challenge
In October, 64 students from Years 11, 12 and 13 took part in the Senior Mathematical Challenge 2023, a national competition for the highest attaining mathematicians.
Over half of the students who took part obtained enough marks to receive a bronze, silver or gold certificate.
This year, the highest scorers in each year group were Erica Heiermann (Year 11), Eleanor Woollven (Year 12) and Helena Browne (Year 13). These three girls each received a gold certificate and will go on to compete in the next round of the competition after half term. Well done to everyone who took part!
